Buying credits is not open yet

The checkout is not connected to a payment processor, so there is nothing to pay with today. The free scans work now, and the packs above are the prices that will apply. Which processor it will be has not been decided.

One credit buys the whole read.

There is no base fee with extras on top. A bigger pack buys more scans, not more features.

    Each item on the docket is read and priced, not just the total at the bottom.

  • The GST split

    GST-free and taxable lines are separated, so the GST on a docket is worked out line by line.

  • Tax invoice and ABN checks

    Is it a valid tax invoice? Does the ABN pass the ATO checksum? If not, you get a suggested fix.

  • Five years as a true copy

    The original is kept as a true copy for the five years you may be asked for it.

  • CSV export

    Take your records out whenever you like, in a file any spreadsheet opens.

Your balance lives in the app.

There is no plan to be on, so there is nothing to manage. The app shows what you have left and counts it down as you scan.

What counts as a scan?

One document, read end to end: every line, the GST split and the checks. That costs one credit. It is a document, not a page and not an API call. The free scans are spent the same way, one at a time.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits are not a monthly allowance and there is no period for them to reset at. Buy a pack and use it over as long as your paperwork takes. The 10 free scans a new account starts with do not expire either.

Why 3.7 cents?

A scan runs through a vision model with a real per-document price: about 1.1 cents, blended across the model that reads most documents and the larger one that handles the hard ones. We charge 3 times that, 3.3 cents, which covers storage, the checks, support and the business. GST and the card fee then come out of the price rather than being added on top, and that is what takes 3.3 cents to 3.7. You see one number and it is the whole number.

Is GST included?

Yes. GST and the card processing fee are already inside the price, so nothing is added at the end. We would rather build them in than surprise you with them, and it means a purchase is one line on your receipt.

Is there a subscription, a contract or a minimum?

None of the three. Nothing recurs, so there is nothing to cancel and no notice period. If you stop scanning you stop paying, and any credits you have already bought stay where they are.

Can a household share credits?

Yes. Credits belong to the workspace, not to a person, so everyone in the household who scans in that workspace draws from the same balance. There is one top-up, not one each.

How do I pay?

Not yet: the checkout is not connected to a payment processor. You can create an account and use the 10 free scans now. The buy-credits screen says plainly that there is nothing to pay with, rather than sending you to a form that goes nowhere. Which processor it will be has not been decided.
